About Us
AirVolt Group is an Ohio-based HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services operator. We are not private equity and not business brokers. We are building a long-term operating group made up of skilled trades companies led by industry operators.
We partner with owners who are thinking about the next chapter.
Our goal is simple: carry forward what you’ve built — not change it for the sake of change.
We Focus On:
– Protecting your name and reputation
– Taking care of the team you’ve built
– Keeping your customers satisfied
– Giving you a clear way to transition
A business built over decades deserves to move forward under steady leadership.
Our Mission
Our mission is to protect the legacy of great skilled-trades businesses while strengthening the workforce that keeps them running.
Many HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical businesses were built over decades through hard work, strong customer relationships, and dedicated employees. As owners begin thinking about the future, one of the biggest challenges facing the industry is finding the next generation of skilled technicians and creating workplaces where good people want to stay.
AirVolt was created to address both of these challenges.
We partner with and acquire reputable HVAC and electrical service companies, with the goal of continuing what the owner built while investing in the long-term strength of the business. This includes improving training and development for technicians, providing better tools and support for employees, and building workplaces where skilled people can build lasting careers.
By focusing on workforce development, strong operations, and long-term stewardship, our goal is simple: to ensure the businesses we partner with continue serving their communities and supporting their employees for many years to come.

He previously served as Head of Marketing at Way Interglobal and TeamDynamix and earlier helped scale Destify during its rapid growth into one of Chicago’s fastest-growing companies.
